A session is an authorized login on one device. The N1 App tracks sessions so you can see where your account is signed in, authorize your phone, and revoke access.
Active sessions
Go to Settings → Sessions to see Active sessions, split into two kinds:
- N1 ID — sign-in sessions for your account.
- Trading — sessions permitted to trade your Perps account.
Each entry shows when it was created and is labelled Current session or Expired. If you have not initialized your Perps account yet you will see "Initialize your trading account to manage sessions"; otherwise empty states read "No N1 ID sessions found" or "No trading sessions found."
Revoking a session
Select Revoke on the session you want to end. Revoking a trading session immediately removes that device's ability to place or manage orders; revoking your current session signs you out of the device you are using. Revoke any session you do not recognise, then review the guidance in Account security and wallet export.
If the mobile app requires you to log in again
Older mobile sessions created with a wallet can no longer restore access in the mobile app. The app shows a non-dismissible Relogin is required sheet.
- Select Log in again. The app signs out the retired mobile session.
- If your account uses email, Google, or Apple sign-in, use the same method to log in again.
- If your account uses wallet sign-in, sign in to the web app with that wallet. Then use the QR flow below to authorize the phone again.
If sign-out fails, the sheet stays open and shows an error. Select Log in again to retry.
Signing in on mobile with a QR code
Mobile login authorizes a phone against this trading account:
- On desktop, open Settings → Sessions → Mobile login and select Show QR.
- Scan the code with the N1 mobile app. Confirm the short code shown on your phone matches the one on desktop before authorizing — this is what prevents someone else's device from claiming the code.
- Desktop shows Device scanned. Select Authorize Mobile Sign-In to let the phone create its own N1 session.
- Trading access is approved separately: select Authorize Trading Access to grant that phone control of your Perps account. The owner wallet must be connected first — otherwise you see "Connect the owner wallet before granting this phone trading control."
- Keep the desktop window open while the phone finishes signing in. It completes with "Mobile login complete."
Sign-in and trading access are deliberately separate steps, so you can let a phone view your account without granting it the ability to trade.
If the QR code fails
- "QR code expired. Generate a new QR code and scan again." — codes are short-lived (a few minutes). Select Generate New QR.
- "Mobile login was rejected. Generate a new QR code to retry." — the request was declined on the phone.
- Use Refresh QR if the code has been on screen for a while before scanning.
Never scan an N1 QR code produced by someone else's screen, and never share a screenshot of one.
