Sessions and mobile sign-in

A session is an authorized login on one device. The N1 App tracks sessions so you can see where your account is signed in, authorize your phone, and revoke access. Active sessions Go to Settings → Sessions to see Active sessions, split into two kinds: - N1 ID — sign-in sessions for your account. - Trading — sessions permitted to trade your Perps account. Each entry shows when it was created and is labelled Current session or Expired. If you have not initialized your Perps account yet you will see "Initialize your trading account to manage sessions"; otherwise empty states read "No N1 ID sessions found" or "No trading sessions found." Revoking a session Select Revoke on the session you want to end. Revoking a trading session immediately removes that device's ability to place or manage orders; revoking your current session signs you out of the device you are using. Revoke any session you do not recognise, then review the guidance in Account security and wallet export. If the mobile app requires you to log in again Older mobile sessions created with a wallet can no longer restore access in the mobile app. The app shows a non-dismissible Relogin is required sheet. 1. Select Log in again. The app signs out the retired mobile session. 2. If your account uses email, Google, or Apple sign-in, use the same method to log in again. 3. If your account uses wallet sign-in, sign in to the web app with that wallet. Then use the QR flow below to authorize the phone again. If sign-out fails, the sheet stays open and shows an error. Select Log in again to retry. Signing in on mobile with a QR code Mobile login authorizes a phone against this trading account: 1. On desktop, open Settings → Sessions → Mobile login and select Show QR. 2. Scan the code with the N1 mobile app. Confirm the short code shown on your phone matches the one on desktop before authorizing — this is what prevents someone else's device from claiming the code. 3. Desktop shows Device scanned. Select Authorize Mobile Sign-In to let the phone create its own N1 session. 4. Trading access is approved separately: select Authorize Trading Access to grant that phone control of your Perps account. The owner wallet must be connected first — otherwise you see "Connect the owner wallet before granting this phone trading control." 5. Keep the desktop window open while the phone finishes signing in. It completes with "Mobile login complete." Sign-in and trading access are deliberately separate steps, so you can let a phone view your account without granting it the ability to trade. If the QR code fails - "QR code expired. Generate a new QR code and scan again." — codes are short-lived (a few minutes). Select Generate New QR. - "Mobile login was rejected. Generate a new QR code to retry." — the request was declined on the phone. - Use Refresh QR if the code has been on screen for a while before scanning. Never scan an N1 QR code produced by someone else's screen, and never share a screenshot of one.

Perps sub-accounts

Perps sub-accounts let you "split perps collateral into isolated accounts, switch the active trading account, and move USDC between accounts." Because N1 uses cross margin within an account, sub-accounts are the way to keep a strategy's risk from touching the rest of your collateral. Where to find them Open Settings → Perps accounts. Your original account is labelled Master, the account you are trading is labelled Active, and the header shows how many you have used — for example 3/8 accounts used. Sub-accounts are available in N1 Mode only. Creating a sub-account 1. Select Create. 2. Choose the account to fund it from under Funded by — the panel shows that account's Available Balance. 3. Enter the USDC amount to seed it with. 4. Select Create and fund sub-account. You can hold up to 8 perps accounts in total. Beyond that, creation is blocked with "Current limit reached. Only 8 accounts allowed." If the seed amount is larger than the funding account's balance you see "Amount exceeds available balance." Switching accounts Select Set active on the account you want to trade. Positions, orders, balances and health are per account, so the trading interface reflects only the active one. Moving USDC between accounts 1. Select Transfer. 2. Pick the From and To accounts and enter an amount. 3. Confirm — the app reports "USDC transferred between perps accounts." Transfers between your own perps accounts are internal, so there is no on-chain withdrawal step. If you only have one account you will see a prompt to "Add another sub-account in Settings → Perps accounts to move USDC between your perps accounts." Withdrawals go through the master account "All withdrawals are handled by the master account. Transfer funds to the master account to withdraw fully. Withdrawals cannot be sent directly from sub-accounts." So to withdraw funds sitting in a sub-account: Transfer them to the master account first, then withdraw from there. See Withdrawals. Risk Each account has its own margin and its own liquidation exposure — a liquidation in one sub-account cannot pull collateral from another. That isolation is the point, but it also means a sub-account can be liquidated while your other accounts still hold plenty of USDC. Monitor health on the account that holds the position, not just your overall balance.

Account security and wallet export

Your N1 account controls real funds. This article covers the security controls the app gives you and the one action that can permanently compromise your wallet. Review your active sessions Settings → Sessions lists every authorized login, split into N1 ID (sign-in) and Trading (permitted to trade your Perps account). Revoke anything you do not recognise, and revoke the trading session for any device you no longer use. See Sessions and mobile sign-in for details. Authorizing a phone by QR code is a two-step grant — signing in and granting trading access are approved separately — so a device can be signed in without being able to trade. Exporting your wallet If your account uses a wallet N1 can export, Settings shows an Advanced / Danger section: "Contains sensitive wallet credential controls." It holds Export wallet. Before revealing anything, the app states plainly: - "Exporting reveals your wallet credentials, including its private key. Anyone with these credentials can take full control of your wallet and funds." - "Leaked or stolen credentials can permanently compromise this wallet. They cannot be recovered or made secret again." Take those literally. There is no way to rotate or invalidate an exported private key — the only remedy after a leak is to move funds to a different wallet. If you do export: - Do it on a device you trust, with nobody able to see the screen and no screen recording running. - Never paste the credentials into a chat, email, note-taking app, screenshot, or support ticket. - Do not store them in a password manager sync you do not control, and never type them into a site that asks you to "verify" or "recover" your N1 account. The Export wallet control only appears when your account actually has an exportable wallet, so its absence is not a fault. N1 support will never ask for credentials No N1 team member, moderator, or "support agent" will ever ask for your private key, seed phrase, exported credentials, one-time email code, or a QR code from your screen. Anyone who does is attempting to steal your funds. N1 support does not need any of them to help you. Reducing your exposure - Keep long-term funds in a wallet separate from the one you trade with, and deposit only what you intend to trade. - Use sub-accounts to isolate collateral between strategies — see Perps sub-accounts. - Treat your invite codes and referral links as public information; treat everything else in Settings as private. - Bookmark app.n1.xyz and use the bookmark, rather than following links from social media or DMs. If you believe your credentials have been exposed, revoke your sessions immediately, withdraw to a wallet you know is safe, and stop using the compromised wallet.

Notifications and inbox settings

The notification inbox tells you when your orders fill, when money moves, when you are liquidated, and when points are distributed. Open it from the bell icon in the app — on mobile it opens as Inbox. On web, notifications are marked BETA: "Notifications are in beta and still being tested. Some notifications may be delayed, missing, or incorrect. If you notice an issue, contact Support." Treat the inbox as a convenience, not as your record of what happened — Portfolio is the authoritative history. Reading your inbox Filter with the three tabs: - All - Personal — events on your own account - Global — product updates and announcements On web, the header shows how many notifications are loaded and how many are unread. On mobile, the top bar is labeled Inbox without counts. Unread items are marked with a dot and a highlighted background, and are marked read once you have actually seen them on screen. Opening a notification can take you straight to the relevant place — a fill, for example, selects the right perps account and opens that market. Older notifications are paged; use the previous/next controls at the bottom. Empty states read "No personal notifications," "No global notifications," or "No inbox notifications" depending on the tab. Clearing notifications On mobile, swipe left on a notification to reveal Clear, then select it. On web, use the delete control. Use Clear all to clear everything loaded. Clearing only affects your inbox — it does not undo or alter the underlying event. Choosing what you get Open notification settings from the inbox. The master switch is Personal inbox notifications: "Control future account activity and rewards. Existing inbox items and global notices stay visible." Turning it off disables the individual categories below it, and it applies to future notifications only. The categories are: - Trading activity — "Order fills." - Cash activity — "Deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers." - Liquidations — "Personal liquidation notices." - Points — "Points distribution results." Each is Enable / Disable. Global notices cannot be switched off. Cash activity also covers transfers between accounts. A transfer creates a Transfer sent notification on the sending account and a Transfer received notification on the receiving account, each showing the amount and the other account. When you move funds between your own N1 accounts you get both, and the other side is shown as your account #N. When another user is involved you see their shortened wallet address instead. Transfers currently show up in the inbox only — they do not send a push notification yet. One current gap is stated in the settings dialog: "Notifications for withdrawals sent over the N1 network will be added later." If notifications stop arriving - Check whether Personal inbox notifications or the specific category is disabled. - You may see: "Routine activity notifications for this account are temporarily paused after unusually high activity. The pause expires within one hour." Cash, liquidation and global notifications keep working during the pause. It clears on its own. - If settings will not load or save you will see "Could not load notification settings. Try again." or "Could not save notification settings. Try again." — reload and retry. Because the inbox is in beta, use Portfolio to confirm anything that matters: fills in Trade History, money in Deposits / Withdrawals, and liquidations in Liquidations.
